● speak frequently and know you can do better
● want to finesse the skill of public speaking so you can use it more effectively in professional settings
● see the benefit improving your public speaking could have on your life
● occasionally feel some nervousness while speaking, but your main concern is improving your performance
● would love clear direction on how to give better introductions/presentations and tell better stories
If nerves are your biggest issue, then Level 1 of the Deliver Your Best program will be a better fit.

Speaking an incredible tool. It can help you advance your position at work, build your professional brand, increase your income, and share your knowledge.
I have packaged individualized coaching with educational materials so can build this skill and use it to chase your dreams!
Here is what is included in the Level 2 package:
● 10 weeks of 60 minute group coaching calls (7 total) and 1:1 coaching sessions (3 total)
● Techniques, templates, and tips on giving great introductions and presentations, and telling stories that make an impact, with the opportunity to practice in front of your peers
● Access to the Deliver Your Best educational videos for both Level 1 (If you haven't dived into the psychology of public speaking, these are a game-changer!)
● Personalized and direct feedback from me in every session. You will set a personal goal at the beginning of the program, and I will get you there!
● Communication via email between sessions for questions, thoughts, help etc. I'll be in your corner!

The next cohort will take place November 5 - December 10, 2025 and January 7 - 28, 2026.
Group calls will take place Wednesdays at 10am PST and 1pm EST.
(No classes December 17th, 24th or 31st.)
